Terms of use

Last updated: 1 March 2026.

1. General

These terms govern the relationship between DY PROXY (the Service, we) and the user (you) when you use the VPN service, the website dyproxy.com, and the related services.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

2. The Service

DY PROXY provides a virtual private network (VPN) to protect the internet connection and privacy on the network. The connection uses VLESS with Reality and builds a protected channel between your device and the Service servers.

The Service runs in the DY PROXY app on iPhone and Android.

3. Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in line with applicable law
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or to run network attacks
  • Not share account access with other people
  • Not exceed the simultaneous connection limit of the plan you chose
  • Not put a load on the Service servers that gets in the way of other users

4. Registration and the account

The Service needs an account. At registration you provide an email address or a Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account.

We may suspend or stop the Service for you if you break these terms.

5. Payment and the subscription

Plans

The Service offers plans. The term, the devices, and the other conditions are fixed at the moment of payment.

Payment

Payment goes through a payment provider. The subscription turns on after the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

A refund is possible within 7 days of payment if the traffic you used stays within a reasonable amount. To ask for it, write through dyproxy.com.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We make every reasonable effort to keep it stable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access 24 hours a day.

DY PROXY is not liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or by outside factors
  • What you do while using the Service
  • Third-party apps, if you connect through them
  • Changes in network infrastructure that belongs to someone else

7. Intellectual property

The DY PROXY website, including its design, logo, text, and code, belongs to the Service. Copying, distributing, or changing those materials without written consent is not allowed.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. When a change is material, the new text is published on dyproxy.com and the date at the top is updated. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms go through the site dyproxy.com.
