Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 March 2026.
1. Introduction
DY PROXY (the Service, we) provides a VPN connection on VLESS with Reality. This policy describes which data we collect and which we do not, how we use it, and what we do to protect your privacy.
By using the Service you accept this policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
2. Zero logs
DY PROXY keeps a strict zero-logs policy. While you use the Service, we do not do the following:
- We do not record or track your traffic, the sites you visit, or the contents of what you send
- We do not log your real IP address or the IP address of the VPN server you connect to
- We do not store timestamps of connections and disconnections
- We do not limit or filter protocols, devices, or apps
- We do not slow the connection on purpose
A VLESS with Reality connection does not keep a server log of user sessions.
3. Data we collect
To run the Service we collect only what we need:
Account data
When an account is created we may ask for an email address or a Telegram account, so we can identify you, deliver the configuration, and answer support. We do not ask for your real name, postal address, or phone number.
Payment data
We do not process payment data ourselves. Payment goes through outside payment systems. We keep only the fact of payment and the subscription term, not card numbers or payment details.
Technical information
To keep the service usable we may collect aggregated data that is not tied to a person: how many connections a server has in total, and the total traffic that passed through it. That data cannot identify a single user.
4. Data we do not collect
The Service never collects or stores:
- History of visited sites and DNS queries
- The contents of traffic (files, messages, form data)
- The user's original IP address
- Connection timestamps
- Device details (model, IMEI, serial number)
5. Security
DY PROXY servers use full-disk encryption. User configurations are sent over a protected channel. VLESS with Reality adds masking, so the VPN traffic looks like an ordinary HTTPS connection.
We do not keep configuration keys in the clear on the servers. If a server is physically taken, user data cannot be restored, because it is not there.
6. Sharing with others
We do not sell, transfer, or open user data to other parties, ad networks, or analytics platforms.
If we receive a legal demand for data about what a user did, we cannot produce it. We do not keep connection or activity logs.
7. The website
The website does not use trackers, analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and the like), or ad pixels. We do not set cookies to follow how you move around the site.
The site is hosted on Railway. Railway may collect ordinary server logs (IP address, User-Agent) as part of its own infrastructure. We do not control those logs. Railway's own privacy policy covers them.
8. The app
The connection runs in the DY PROXY app on iPhone and Android. The subscription configuration is delivered to that app and does not pass through unrelated servers.
9. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. When a change is material, the new text is published on dyproxy.com. The date at the top is the date of the latest update.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request to delete your account and the data tied to it, go through the site dyproxy.com.
